Mr. Baalakumar, because of his enginering family background, has actually grown up with learning the nuances of construction science. His childhood interest has become his passion when he joined B.E (civil). After completing B.E, he did a course Interior designing and M.B.A in Finance. His passion in construction science coupled with proper academic education has led him to start PB Associates in 1992. Since then he has executed more than 50 projects at varying levels of complexity. Including a few commercial complexes at T. Nagar the total constructed space of the firm has already crossed 3 lac sq . ft.
