Presently Consultant for Building Approval, with a Team of 5 members for CMDA and DTCP approval for Residential, Commercial, I.T.Parks, Warehouse, Institutions(Schools and Colleges), Industries, Layout, Change of Land use (Conversion) etc along with required NOC for Wet Land, Taluk office, Highways, National Highways , Airport Authority , Air Force, Fire and Rescue services, Pollution Control Board, Traffic Department, Public Works department, CMWSSB and through consultants for EIA & CRZ all over Tamil Nadu.
