Padhmam Blind Welfare & Charitable Trust (PBWCT) is a Charitable Trust (Registration No: 159/IV/2014). PBWCT was formed in the year 2014 by individuals, all of whom are blind and employed mostly as Teachers. They are currently the Trustees of PBWCT and the Managing Trustee and President of the Trust is Mr. Padmaraj Jain who was a Professor in a City College.
