Sri Gopukiran Sadasivan and Smt. Aashin Kiran, popularly known as 'The Kirans are an accomplished dancing couple based in Chennai. Aashin Kiran is a talented performer, choreographer and teacher. She is an alumni of the esteemed institution, Kalakshetra, and is a disciple of Natyacharyas and Padmabhushan awardees Sri V.P. Dhananjayan and Smt Shantha Dhananjayan and she is also faculty in their school 'Bharatakalanjali Chennai. She is also a regular performer in the productions of her Gurus. She is the co-director of Mahodaya School of Bharatanao/am She has performed in a number ofprestigious festivals in India.
