The company was started in the year 1987 with its head quarters located at Adyar, Chennai-600 020 as a consultants office. The erstwhile proprietor of the firm is a Graduate Engineer specialised in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning field and his industrial experience gained during his tenure as Engineer from the Air Conditioning and Refrigeration companies in India and overseas experience was helpful in good take off for the company. Initially the Company started its operation for consultancy of Air Conditioning & Refrigeration systems and their services for design and project Co-ordination of the above Systems.
