The word "Yoga" is derived from the Sanskrit word "Yuj". The meaning of Yoga is Union, Togetherness, and Oneness, in the sense that the arm touches the toes, the legs connect with the head, and the mind merges with the Supreme Being. In the same way the dispersed mind (scattered mind) focusing on one point is Yoga. Yoga is the heritage of human beings. It originated here in India more than 5000 years ago. I can say Yoga is the universal moral code. It contains the secrets of holistic life and universal knowledge.
